Orders placed between February and October are final and cannot be returned.
Enjoy a 100-day trial for orders placed between November 1 and January 31.

Each customer is eligible for one return, covering one item.
This means if you purchase multiple items you can only return one.
Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable:
While we’re happy to provide a refund for the product, any shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
