Due to strict hygiene standards and the personal nature of pillows, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
EXCEPTION: Orders placed before February 1, 2025 are eligible for a 100-day trial period, under our legacy return policy.

You may only return one item per customer, even if multiple items were purchased. -
Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
We’ll refund the product price, but original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
